I have no problem with most of these. (But mankini? Really? What about the mirt? The murse? Or manties?) These kinds of list always prompt a lot of eye-rolling and gnashing of teeth and “what has our language come to?” sorts of lamentations, but language has always reflected usage and not what’s proper, hallowed or staid. All the words in the English language were new once, so chillax and welcome new words when you read about them on your COMPUTER over the INTERNET.
